From the screenshoot it looks that the problem is DSEO. There is a mistake in an original guide, which I didn’t notice earlier. You should type
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\multikey.sys
under ‘‘Sign a System File’’.
To load Test Mode on Windows 7 x64, I personally use the _prereqSet64v3.cmd script known on the forum (attached below). This is much easier method for me

Summarizing, the most important step is to run Install.cmd as Administrator. This will install Virtual USB MultiKey, SafeNet USB SuperPro/UltraPro

and add the registry file 00008ED7.reg to the Windows registry

Check these 3 items now and after Windows restart. Having Java installed you can also check the address

Now, the program should work.
