LTE Handover problem
Hello experts,
I have two FDD cells say A and B which are 4KM apart, ANR is enabled. Suddenly pmHOExeAttLteIntraF has increased on cell A and all are failed.
Please support to understand what are the possibilities.
Both cells are in city and around 16 LTE sites are between these two cells.

Hi,
Check the PRACH setting, maybe the target cell is outside of the allowed range based of the PRACH that is used by the serving cell.

Re: LTE Handover problem
Have you introduced any new cells in the area? If so, maybe you have introduced a PCI conflict?

Yes, as wolverine said.
Check PCI conflict.
We had the same problem with ANR and it was necessary to delete one cell with the same PCI in external definition.
Check also the date of adding of the cells with the same PCI to external definition. It could correlate with the fails.
The reason is, to sensitive adding of neighbor threshold, or outage of part of the network (in case due to MW upgrade,…)
