can someone attach this Nokia Features, CSFB or Carrier Aggregation, urgently needed????

Both cases have multiple features involved depending on your system configuration, I suggest to install NIB.

NIB is the tool to access the libs, then you also need to install the libs. You can find RL70 also in this topic above. It will give you a pretty good knowledge about CSFB/CA.
