Tems Discovery Script: How can specify "ServingCell"

Dear experts,
I want to make a scripts (Metric) for Tems Discovery that can show distance from "serving BTS" to the MS.
I think i need specify serving cell and then it's long, lat first.
So how i can specify serving cell? Or have another ways for my problem?
