A proposal to combat spam
Dear Moderators,
May be it makes sense to introduce some timeout (e.g., 1 or 2 weeks) after registration before a new user can start threads and reply to existing ones?
Currently spammers register new accounts and immediately publish numerous junk messages:

Thank you in advance!

Hi Romichka,
Proactively banning the users who are spamming and there is such option to penalize spamers for time period but for the cases we are sure they are simply spammer not ordinary and new users not familiar with forum rule permanently baning them. We expect some reporting from you guys as well in case we missed some cases. It will help to keep the forum clean.
Cheers

Re: A proposal to combat spam
since they post so big msgs we may limit the new user to post no more than 2 lines in post few posts. this may discourage spams/
