please anyone have experience with 3G cell shutdown feature that used for power consuming, list of parameters and any impact of the performance if this feature is activated.

till now I didn't get any feedback, but maybe I will post something useful for you, attached starting of this feature in Huawei. but I appreciate if someone can share his own experience within this feature and recommended values without impact on the network.
