I want to know what is the threshold to look for CPU congestion on nodeB.
i see counters
VS.BBUBoard.CPULoad.Max
VS.BBUBoard.CPULoad.Mean
Max reaches no more than 75%
Mean reaches no more tahn 65%
This nodes are IP and dont have CE congestion, Iub Congestion, Power congestion or code congestion(utilization is medium in this resources), but you get
RLM.FailRLAddIub.Cong
RLM.FailRLSetupIub.Cong

Is because of CNBAP, please explain the relation to check in WMPT/UMPT/MPT/WBBP/UBBP/BBP
