Weblmt login

Suddenly I couldn't login to my RNC/ BSC weblmt
Normally, I go to U2000/ Topology
Right click on my RNC/ BSC
Maintenance client

suddenly, it ask to update java
I did
but keep asking for update and couldn't login

Do you have experience in overcoming this bothering issue

Run 'Configure Java' and in the Security Tab you need to add the BSC and RNC address to the exception site list. You can also change the security level to the lowest available.

Dears,

Currently I can access
without any warning messages but when I open (File Manager)
it doesn't give me any windows to get my CFGMML/ PCHR, etc

How to fix this please..

first, you need update the java, then setting the exception site list, then try different browser, most time, firefox is working well for me, but HW always recommend IE.

it keep asking me for Java plugin: jre-windwos-i586.exe

If anyone has it, please share with me
each time I try to download it fails

I'm using IE11 for HW. Try adding BSC/RNC address in compatibility settings in IE. Also, add them to trusted site under 'Security' in Internet options.
