We are installing the battery cabinet for the OMB cabinets, We proceed as usual, add cabinet, Batteries, TCU..
after that the TCU is green without alarms but we have an alarm in the PMU, Battery not in position.
Any idea, have you had this alarm before?
We had open a ticket to iCare and the answer doesn't help at all.
