    Lightbulb PLMN tag range effect in paging performance

    Hi friends,

    It is known that:
    "During network planning, different value ranges should be allocated to the PLMN value tags of any two geographically neighboring areas (including the case where one area is part of the other area). The two areas can be two LAs, two RAs, or one LA and one RA."

    My question: what is the impact of allocating a bigger range of PLMN tag values during LAC or RAC creation? I.E. range could be 1 to 10, but also 1 to 64.

    ADD ULACOGICRNCID=XX, CNOPINDEX=0, LAC=H'XXXX, PLMNVALTAGMIN=1, PLMNVALTAGMAX=64;
    ADD ULACOGICRNCID=XX, CNOPINDEX=0, LAC=H'XXXX, PLMNVALTAGMIN=1, PLMNVALTAGMAX=10;
    ADD ULACOGICRNCID=XX, CNOPINDEX=0, LAC=H'XXXX, PLMNVALTAGMIN=1, PLMNVALTAGMAX=256;
