TEMS;benchmarking 3-4 PLMNs/script run over .txt log file export

Hi forum masters !

Has anybody thought about making a script that is run over the TEMS logfile exported in .txt , that extracts different network timers and settings of parameters for 3-4 networks measured with TEMS and benchmarked at the same time on the same route (not crucial for this what I ask) ... not just having benchmarking by only comparing usual voice&data KPIs, but making comparison of different network settings of it, in a simple interesting table, as a result of extracting of collected data over Air Interface ?
This should make deep and direct insight to some of network tuning data , that are quite interesting and directly explain the better/worse respond of the networks measured/benchmarked ?
Has anybody did it for detailed benchmarking of 2G and also 3G ?
