    Dear Islam:

Since the problem is not related to Radio, It Could be caused by link disturbance A-Bis interface (High BSS Drops). Thanks and best regards,

The reason why i have asked about vendor is, we have faced the same situation in a BSC (NORTEL) because of Hardware fault (Duplexer Module) in a particular sector which accounts for NON-RF drops. Please have a keen look into your KPI which definitely will throw some light into the issue.

    Dears,
the vendor is E*******, also how parameters can affect on "non radio" drops, we change all hardware and no transmission problem and the site is IPRAN

Maybe it's faulty terminal? Do these problematic cells place in same area?

IP when it works is like a charm, however sometimes it have some troubles that reflect in drop calls, check your IP link for packet losses and as first action do a reset and then wait and see the behaviour of the link, check if the sites with problems are linked to a TX node in common because can be a matter of time reference of IP links. I hope this can help you, regards,
