    Default FMA issue

    Dear Expertes ,

    In FMA PCHR Analysing under the cell tab in pchr cell menu i recived large number of RR_ERR_IUB_INTERFACE_PAYMANET_RL_FAILIURES. This cell is configured for 1st and 2nd freqancy . It seems it goes for inter frequancy mesument and finaly loss. can any one explain exact cause and required solution.If required i will send PCHR dat
