Dear Experts,
What is difference between session continuity and packet session hard handover (PSHO) in LTE?

Re: LTE :: session continuity Vs packet session hard handover
Typically the term session continuity refers to the process where if the UE encounters poor radio conditions it is released and re-directed to another RAT (e.g. 3G). The signalling is just an RRC Connection Release with some re-direction information. PS HO on the other hand means that when the UE encounters poor radio conditions it is actually handed over to another RAT (i.e. a signalling procedure takes place between the two systems with resource reservation in the target) .

Hi
Going more technical re-direction blind based on Freq mentioned while PSHO , we have to define certain relation with thresholds and criteria pointing to specific cells.
