Dear
what is TAC value.
if use LTE FDD and LTE TDD in same cluster , then what is value of TAC, is same or different.

TAC = Tracking Area Code, broadcast in SIB1 message for each eNodeB.
For simple clarification, it's pretty similar to the LAC in GSM.

Regarding the second query, FDD and TDD are two different kinds of domains and separate TACs are recommended in one cluster / MME. This is usually the Design requirement of operators and I believe that 3GPP also recommends different TACs for FDD/TDD.

TAC pertains to PS domain and hence, similar to the RAC, rather than LAC which is meant for the CS domain.

Definitely, I used 'LAC' as a very basic example, just for the sake of easy understanding.
