    all TW licenses and data stored on server
    And impossible ***** license.
    Now only one way - change TW ID after ID banned.

    I use TM very often, and their free lic software enough for me

    Free License is very good and I have never need the commercial one.
    Just dont try to activate your account. Once they send me an mail about buying options and offers after I tried to activate my account. I replied mail and said them I am not commercial user but they said we traced your connections and we dont think you are home user. all happened after try to activation.
