Which counters or Measurement could be used to plot this relation in one chart

Hi,

It depend, if you want to show by KPI then you can use counters of propagation delay with RSCP and EcNo (make an average per day maybe)

if you want to show by plot from drive test then you could use samples chart which shows RSCP and EcNo (percent samples) before/after of the changes on cluster etc..

In Huawei we have KPIs for RSCP, EcNo and number of users as well.
you can show correlation with HSDPA traffic.
