    easy, try google earth options, import fan symbol wich you edit in paint. try and let me know about the results, I remember I did this same method when I tried to planify for WiMAX sites with google earth and I ashieved.

    you can find usual tool in forum for example Mapinfo2Google.MBX

    try to make sector first in mapinfo and use mapinfo2google earth, you can try with a lot of software...
    i attach cellmaker that i always used to create sector...
