eNB alarm 29203 Warning S1 interface reset

hello:
In my network we have seen the 29203 S1 interface reset alarm many times, it is only warning, my concern is that according to the alarm information the MME is instructing the eNB to reset the S1 interface, but we don't have any impact in the network so it means the S1 is never reset.
Im in the process to analyse the S1 traces but i would like to know if someone has seen this behaviour before.
why is the MMe sending this message to the eNB?.
