Poor CS CSSR UMTS
Hi Experts,
I have a problem on CS CSSR. PS CSSR and RRC (PS & CS) are both ok.
It is only happening on sectors 1 & 2. Funny thing is it is not seen in sector 3 where CS traffic is the highest (sum of sectors 1 & 2 is less than traffic of sector 3).
Site is utilizing IP transmission and utilization is low.
Checked for CS RAB congestion, values are appearing on DL IUB Cong only for sectors 1 & 2, none for sector 3.
If this is transmission problem, it should have been affecting all 3 sectors right?
Need your help on how to proceed with the problem.
thanks in advance

Who is your vendor ? Huawei. We have faced similar situation and found problem with 5db insertion at media converter (Ethernet to Fiber).

one more thing if your vendor is huawei, run this MML Command DSP CELLCHK. Check for any congestion (IU) it shows real time data. If you face IU congested state then you should have a look at transmission as suggested in below post
