There's no command to modify Antenna pass No.
I think you have to remove binding and add it again with desired information.

When I press Unbind, CME gives me message that TRX is Active and I’ve
    To deactivate it first
Do you know how to proceed?

    Hi
Right! you have to deactivate TRX first. But you can not deactivate single TRX in a hopping Cell, you have to deactivate the Cell.
I often config by MML, not CME.
In MML, you can do as following:
    1. DEA GCELL
    2. RMV TRXBIND2PHYBRD
3.ADD TRXBIND2PHYBRD ( with desired Antenna pass No.)
    4. ACT GCELL
P/s: If you see this helpful, pls add reputation
