Need help with file clutter and dtm conversion

I am new to the forum and for that matter I am new to forums in general. I do not know if this is the right place to post this.

My kind request to you all is:

I have clutter and dtm in erdas IMG format and I need to convert them to Netplan format.
Can anyone indicate what tools should I use ?
