Spectrum Radiation measurement for ICNIRP standards

Hi,

I want to know how to check spectrum radiation is inline with ICNIRP standards? To be specific, I have to measure network radiation within below criteria or not:

1) Basic radio frequency fields of 0.06 W/Kg
2) The Power density of 9 W/m*m

Anyone has information how to correlate EIRP etc. with RF fields in (W/Kg) and with Power density in (W/m*m) ?
