Actix can not support XCAL logfile in .drx fromat!

I am trying using ACTIX to analyze XCAL LTE log in .drx format, however it can't load the logs. When put the file to .rar it loads the logs but there is not any parameters decoded! Anyone have experiences using actix to analyze .drx XCAL logs!? I have usual actix licenses as attached snapshot, do I need any other special license?

what is the lic in Actix which open .isf ( Qualcomm DM ) , I tried but the prompt error ( Operation not permit with this license )
