Cell selection problem between Nokia and Huawei

Hi there!

Do you ever faced any cell selection problem between networks using Nokia and Huawei equipments? We have this issue here. When the UE is registered at one of the cells of Nokia network it cannot perform the cell re selection to the network using Huawei equipment. However the opposite occurs often. When the same UE is registered on Huawei network it performs the cell re selection action normally. We checked the neighbor list and the cell and RNC parameters and all is ok. There is no coverage issue too. Could you help me? Do you know what is going on?
