    Exclamation OMstar import issue

    Dear experts,

    I have a problem when i import PCHR and performance data to Omastar it keeps running without any progress (0%), can any one advise for this problem.

    V500R010SPC100 RAN 14 RNC

    Try downloading the PCHR files again and make sure each file is "complete". This means you have to be sure you don't copy any temp file in the PCHR folder and try to make OMStar load it. E.G. don't do CRTL + A and copy all files, first filter for .zip file or make sure you don't select any .tmp file...
