Hello experts,

Need help to verify GPRS/EGPRS activation & switching state from layer 3 message. During the test data network switched between GPRS & EGPRS which need to be verified.

ive never seen equipment to decode GPRS signalling,
remember you are establishing through L3 normal procedure, but then... you dont see the signalling.
im aware of nokia and siemens vendors and was not something we used to do.
now i know perhaps huawei can give you that info im not sure cause Im working in 3/4g with them and they have good traces tool so I assume perhaps 2g can be possible.
you should study upgr/downgrade strategies sometimes the algorithm in the bsc can be tricky. in general it will try to keep the number of radio timeslots as minimum...
