Problem with NPO

Could you please help with this below problem

When i'm try to open the NPO Client from ALU , It appear this message

"The Wibox can't be launched because your navigator doesn't allow to start java application "

Probable cause : java Option disabled or java plugin not installed

By taking into consideration that NPO work properly in Internet Explorer but it doesn't work with Chrome and Mozilla

i'm installed java versions (Development Kit 6 u 43 and also Java(TM) 6 U 43 ) and they didn't appear in ( Plug-in)

please needing your feedback about this issue

1- Open Chrome
chrome://plugins
npAPI Plugin
Always allowed to run
