Actix 2015 UARFCN and RSCP Plot

Hello there,
I'm very glad that someone from the forum helped me and i'm running actix with bing map support thanks to him.(Dunno how to give reputation please PM me to give u reputation)
Now as 'm kinda new i was trying to plot DL and UL UARFCN
but i found it not showing the correct plot (it shows random points along the path no the full path like RSCP or EcNo) although the UL UARFCN shows correctly
which means when i plotted every thing else like RSCP( which i can't find also in this version all i found is calculated RSCP)
i used to find Uu_ActiveSet_RSCP but now all i find is Uu_ActiveSet_Calculated_RSCP i dunno if they are the same or not ??
and is there different UL and DL UARFCN either than found in Dedicated Radio Link ? if there can some one guide me ??

Use binning query and "state" function: state( Uu_DownlinkUARFCN )
