Can someone help me make a dongle Emulater for CXT dongle?

HI! all master
I have a HARD dongle for ZTE CXT LTE DT testsoft,I WANT make a EMUlater for it.but I don`t know how to do it.
is someone can help me?
the HARD dongle is a Sentinel HASP HL Time
can someone can tell me use what tool and how to do?

first need share your software setup
and make dump and usb log
