How can RxLevel be merged with the RxQual together?

For Example:
Show RxLevel between -90 to -100 but for this case also should be RxQual Between 1 to 4 !

If you only want to show the samples with RxLevel from -90 to -100, and with RxQual from 1-4. In this case you can go to script builder and write a condition metric. Then you can apply it to the desired dataset.

how to create a script for removing from scanner neighbor country sites overshooting in home country in country border.
SO we made 2G(rssi scan) and 3G (RSCP Scan) in country border.
In some areas our signal shouldn't be good because of location of sites.
in this areas while showing on tems discovery the signal is good (because neighbor country operator are overshooting)

Can somebody help with a condition expression script to take in consideration only home country cells when showing scan level?
For example by filtring only selected BCCH_CSIC in 2G and UARFCN_PCS in 3G. Or any suggestion.
