    Default SDCCH assign fail of ALCATEL increased after implemting a BBH Hopping

    hi Experts,

    we implemented BBH hopping on ALU on 2009, after that the SDCCH assign fail rate has been increased on the whole network. ALU support couldn't solve this issue. any body can interpret this unusual phenomina?
