Speech traffic calculation in a MultiRAB

Hi,
we usuly measure the speech traffic in 3g using counters of speech in single RAB, what is the solution to include Speech traffic of a MultiRAB into my speech traffic calculation while it is mixed with PS or HS traffic? (for example I have an enabled RAB Comination as "Speech 12.2 kpbs and HSDPA interactive up to 384/HS RAB combination")
