Help me for this two question

I have two question. Ok i have one main hub and from there i have five link. All the frequency used in that hub is Low. Now my question is that in that five link can i used high frequency in any one link just not to encounter with interference. And my next question is how far that one link interference other link . What is the distance that one link can interference other link. As i want to use Aircom connect tools so how much distance should i keep in that tools.
