we have problem of illegal mobiles in our network

a lot of location update reject cuased by reject-cause:imsi-unknown-in-hlr (2)

so CSSR degradation

we active the RACH Storm Filtration - New Feature in R15

I need support the recommended values for active RACH Storm Filtration



is right the below values ?? because the problem is still after active it
