ALU neighbourCellPrio in WIPS

Dear All,
I have missing neighbors in my network which I have declared.
In Alcatel you have to set the order of the NEIGHBORCELLPRIORITY.

I have some some FDDcell to UMTSFddNeighbouringCell with unset neighbourCellPrio.
Please I need help how to set them.

Normally WIPS will not allow neighbour without priority set. The priority is used in soft handover when neighbour list concatenation happens and you get the highest priority ones sent in the measurement control message.

In WIPS just filter on the source FDDCell then pick a priority not already used for the missing one. Easier just to copy and paste existing neighbour and amend the details rather than use the wizard tool.
