Call Drop Rate Simulation

Dear Friends!
When i had met friend who from HW Vendor. They said that: thay can simulate CDR, that a good sound because CDR is a key performance indicator.
Does anyone know how to simulate Call Drop Rate in 2G, 3G, Please share to us.

Simulate CDR?? I've never heard..

In my opinion drop call rate simulation come from RND team which is consist of some criteria/activities :
1. Frequency Retune
2. Boomer / Overshooting Cells
3. Neighbor addition / deletion

And then they will come with % prediction of improvement in drop call rate... CMIIW

Never heard of "CDR simulation".
However, generating an interference matrix will give you C/I and C/A relations which will give some indication on the performance...
