OMStar Required Data

Try creating one project for RAT and only include the items you are going to use (not the whole list of tasks).
E.G. : First UMTS

I have created one UMTS-only project and then tried to import data but the problem was still the same. May be i have missed something before importing data?
Any other ideas?

For some reason i can not connect to RuleStore. So may be "Import UMTS Template" is not correct?

RuleStore is for downloading from hw inner network and you don't need any new template to work with you version of bsc. Try with OMStar R10 (search in the forum)
