21mbps upgrade

When upgrading site from 14.4Mbps to 21.6mbps we usual activate 64qam and enhancedlayer2 feature

Do we need to restart NODE for these feature to work

Actually there's no need to restart the NodeB as it will start working on new connections.

Hi,

To verify you do not need to restart the site just simply go to RNC side and check read only parameter "qam64Support" on cell level. you will see it is ON after activating EL2 from RBS side and 64QAM.
