Taking in consideration, no previous 3G Event trigger experience

Hopefully there's document explain it from scratch in clear way

Hi

If you are looking for help to events understand Layer 3 Signaling here you go

For any Event there are two parts, In Huawei eNB send RRC Configuration message with detail of Event Type and Frequency So every event configure with two parts Report Configuration and Frequency to measue
Under Report Configuration you have events like A2, A3,A1 and A4 also for SRVCC (VoLTE) B1 or B2 that also contain trigger threshold type of signal to trigger like RSRP or RSRQ or BOTH and TIme to Trigger
Then come first part that is frequency mean if you for A3 it would alwasy same frequency if A4 then it could be diffrent frequency but LTE if B1 then it would be 3G Frequency and PSC List

Now how to read MRs in LTE, once you recived MR go for Measurement ID then track back to RRC configuration message where you find the detail of that Measurement ID along with configuration and frequency details
