    HI,

    Does anyone know some tool to Convert Huawei NodeB Config File which is in XML Format to XLS or any tool to parse it. Please share

    Hi theoptimizer,
    I think you can use CME import NE (get BCP config from system -> import to CME), then flow UMTS Application -> Export Data -> Export Radio Networking Planning Data ...
