Abnormally high RRC Setup Failures due to Uu No reply in some Cells

Finally Solved!!!! its was the EFACH feature. We turned it off from UCELLALGO and no reply cleared. although it doesnt make sense and for sure its a bug/Issue in SW or feature. Waiting now for Huawei responce on this

normally EFACH(Enhance FACH) will.increase more cap speed of FACh.
default is turn off ,due to not all phone support.

No response from Huawei but yes it solved after disabling EFACH. Later we knew that it is not recommended by Huawei as feature is not stable

yes correct it turned it off from UCELLALGO

I asked about EFACH optimisation for decrease negative impact. Do you have some experience or you switch it off immediately?
