    Hi Experts,

Can someone share if there is a way to get missing Neighbors/Detected set from measurements in M2000. We dont have Nastar or PRS but i have OMSTAR but i couldn't find the option there as well

    Thanks

Hi, this is for 2G or 3G or LTE? you can check the cell to cell handover commands and success.
there are counters you can check

Its for UMTS. I know per Neighbors Counters what i am interested in is missing Neighbors/Detected Neighbors from Measurement. I used to do this in past using Nastar but now we only have access to M2000.

if im not wrong you can check the SHO failures then check if the 2 cells that have high SHO failures are defined as NBs.

    Hello,

enable the NCELL counters. than if you have the HO_INTRA_FREQ_DETSET_INTO_ACTSET_SWITCH switch enabled under UCORRMALGOSWITCH enabled, the Detected cell could be added to active set and the counter will peg for it. With your cell neighbour configuration, you can export form M2000 or through OMStar you can easily detect the missing neighbours.
no if you want to improve you KPIs even though with missing neighbours I have the following suggestions:
1- enable the switch above and the Neighbour combining as well under the same table.
2- enable call re-establishment for CS and PS (CHeck HedeX for details).

    Hi ,

Do you have the specific counters & method of exporting the Active set data? How does the M2000 recognize whether its active set or detected?

    Hi ,

Its working now you have to enable the 2 switch in UCORRMA regrading detected set and than from Per cell 3G and 3G-2G Per Neighbor stats you can find missing Neighbors Thanks
