Huawei BSC Frequency Scan

Dear Experts,

Could u please explain to me how to use the frequncy scan feature in huawei BSCs. I used to scan a cell but 1023 is the BCCH of that cell and it doesn't even show that. Are there any parameters to be activated for this ? and what are the decisions we can take from this measurements ?

Are you always get -110 for Main MAX, average etc?

Try to scan all Band, for long time (let's say 1 hour) during Busy hour
This number should varies

I scan this for 5 minutes, can we consider this measurements for frequency planning, I mean can we use the frequency of lowest Rx level to that cell ?

5 minutes is not enough at all
You can use this measurements to select best Freq. from UL interference perspective
for normal Freq. planning, we mainly take care more about DL interference

in short, we just used LMT Freq. scan just to detect if we have UL interference and for which freq. etc
