MTM800 programming mode
Does anyone know, how to enter this radio in programming mode?
I use homemade universal interface based on MAX232 for radios programming.
I found pinout of MTM800 accessory connector:
I think that pin 6 controls radio modes. But what voltage should I apply to this pin for enter radio in programming mode?

Re: MTM800 programming mode
You must connect pin 6 to pin 13 and after pushing power button radio will be ready for programming!

Re: MTM800 programming mode
TAKEN FROM THE CPS STARTUP GUIDE
To perform the programming, proceed as follows:
1. Make sure the terminal is switched off.
2. Connect the programming cable as illustrated on pages 21 to 23. The programming
cable interfaces between the mobile terminal and an IBM PC (or compatible computer)
running the TETRA CPS.
3. If a standard control head is attached, switch on the terminal. In case of a motorcycle
model, remove the control head from the 25-pin connector of the expansion head and
treat like expansion head only. The terminal screen stays dark. If your terminal has
only an expansion head without any control head, connect pin 6 to pin 14 on the 25
pin connector on the expansion head front to switch on the terminal and to enter programming
mode.
4. Run the Customer Programming Software (CPS) on your computer.
5. Select Tools/Options. Change the Communication setting according to the computer
serial port you are using for the programming cable.
6. Start desired CPS operation. For example, select File/Read Phone. The terminal
screen stays dark.
7. Follow the instructions on your PC.
