    Is it possible to expand the frequency range up to 440MHz at ******** MTM700 TETRA Radio?

    I think that it is possible because my MTM800 has expanded range to 440MHz

    Yes, it's possible. But you need depot CPS for 700 series (R6D.533.01 PMVN4160D) to do it.
    I'm never seen this CPS in public shares.

    Other way is HEX editing of codeplug file. I has been looked MTP700 codeplug in HEX Workshop, but i'm not found where frequency ranges are stored.

    It`s very hard to modify dbf file manually, it is some kind of database file... even If You find where frequencies are stored, You`ll won`t be able to correct checksums. I am able to change the bandsplit in Your radio, all I need is codeplug file. Correct Depot CPS for MTP/MTM700 is R7B.398.01 (MR3.1.6).
