Attached is a guide on mounting a CB antenna and cabling to a motorbike which could also be used for drive testing.

There is a bracket that gives a bit of distance between the driver and the antenna to offset some of the body losses which would be useful for your drive test.

You can find lots of useful brackets on websites where the sell CB mounting equipment for motorbikes.

Once the antenna is mounted correctly, you can put the radio and laptop into water proof saddlebags or in a helmet carrier and start the logging.

If the route is long or complicated, you can put the route on a handlebar mounted SatNav as a guide for the driver.

If you cant use a fixed installation for the antenna, you might be able to just use a magnetic mount antenna on a carrier, or even easier if you arent worried about body loss, put everything in a rucksack which the driver carries (with the antenna coming out of the Rucksack behind his head).
Some pictures for these solutions in the attachment.
