NO+Qualcomm datacard

Is it possible to lock on SC in NO with Qualcomm datacard?
Now I see only possibility of frequency lock

that is a cmd to lock it. but no easy. lock success rate is low.

I got only display PSC from AT command.

+UPSC : show PSC from qualcomm chipset.

Note: If they have command to lock PSC or ARFCN for Qualcomm chipset ,it will be great.
Now I doing the lock it from phone qualcomm with NemoHandy.
