No PS/HSPA traffic on all cells on NodeB

Hi experts,
I need your help about the issue described in the title.
There are 3 cells on the Node with thousands of PS RAB attempts - all of them unsuccessfully established.
I check cell level parameters comparing with CME - nothing suspicious.

I think it is something related with the Iub or NodeB boards(CPU is not loaded), but I don't have many ideas how to check them.
I tried Nodeb restart - didn't help.
The site is alarm free.

The reason of fail is 100%: VS.RAB.FailEstabPS.RNL. with no any kind of congestion on the site.


Please for suggestions how to proceed further?

Hello,

I would suggest you first hard reset the site and if possible TX link as well. Secondly if not help delete this site and recreate again. Let see.
