must of the time intracell handover occures due to quallity,you can check it from kpi's,if its too high so you have problem in that frq.also you can have problem in one trx or feeder,check the hardware

Change the Rx Quality triggering threshold for Intracell handover, Normally 80% of times if quality is bad on one TRX/timeslot in a sector then probability of having good samples on other TRXs/timeslots in same cell are lesser and handover drop/faliure chances are more so it's better to disable intracell handover.

intra cell attempts happens mainly due to interfernce...so just check the qulaity reports for TRx . also to optimize the HO kindly check the C/I of BCCH and Non-BCCH Trxs.

Intracell HOs are not only triggered by RxQual, there are other causes: reconfiguration FR<->HR, Inner<->Complete cell HO in Concentric Cell, etc.
First step in analyzing these would be to determine the cause.
Disabling could be done only for troubleshooting purposes, without this HO the performance will be degraded.

make the general conclution first
what the worst triggered cause
are the Quality,signal strenght,or HR jointing
may u can share the result,
1.for Quality default for huawei is 55(equal to 6 qual)
try to reduce this to 50 for HOEMG,GCELLAMRQUL all thresh become 50
i have tried and imrove the HOSR,reduce the TDR
2.for RXlev u can try power control adjustment,try to used PWR III
optimize the window of power control

Also for AMR :if the TCH Rate Adjust Allow is set to (yes) then (Intracell F-H HO Allowed&AMR TCH/H Prior Allowed) should be yes
